Can I Cancel My Order?

Once payment has been completed, customers cannot cancel orders directly through the website. However, if you contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of placing your order, we will make every effort to cancel it, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Cancellation requests made after 24 hours, or after production and processing have begun, cannot be accommodated.

What is the Cancellation Fee?

A minimum cancellation fee of ₹100 will be deducted for cancelled orders that have already been processed or shipped. The remaining balance will be refunded after deducting the applicable fee.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through NEFT bank transfer and coordinated by our Accounts Team.

Refunds are typically completed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Can I Return My Order?

Generally, delivered products cannot be returned.

However, this policy does not apply in cases where products are damaged during transportation or if an incorrect product has been delivered.

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and report any damages, defects, shortages, or incorrect items within 48 business hours of receiving the shipment by contacting: support@nutranext.in

Upon verification, we will replace damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products at no additional cost.

Any claims related to damaged products or shipment shortages must be reported within 48 business hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

We strongly recommend inspecting all deliveries immediately upon receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Nutranext will cover return shipping charges only when:

• The product received is defective.
• The product received is damaged during transit.
• An incorrect product was delivered.

For all other situations, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to approval by our support team.
